The RZ-15GD(T)-B3 is a plunger-type microswitch, designed for elevator brake detection, door lock contact and limit control, serving as a core component in elevator safety circuits.

Encapsulated in a high-strength flame-retardant plastic housing, it features IP62 protection, dust and drip resistance, vibration and shock resistance, suitable for elevator hoistways at -25℃ to +80℃. Built-in SPDT contacts rated 15A/250VAC, with contact resistance ≤30mΩ, insulation resistance ≥100MΩ and AC2000V dielectric strength, ensuring stable electrical performance. It offers sensitive and precise actuation (21.5±0.5mm operating position) with high repeat accuracy. Mechanical life exceeds 20 million cycles, electrical life 500,000 cycles for long-term reliability. Compact with screw terminals for easy installation, it is certified to UL/CUL, CE, CCC and RoHS compliant.

Widely used for elevator brake status detection, door lock closure verification, limit/overtravel protection, ensuring safe elevator start, stop and operation.
